I want a simple timer for the NYTimes 7 minute routine, nothing more complex. Took me a bit too figure out terminology but eventually got it to time 12 thirty second intervals with 15 seconds between each to change exercise. If I need more Ill buy the pro which is reasonably priced, not like some. This free one lets me save my routine (unlike more expensive others) and so far is perfect for me.
