Great app for timing workouts
Been using this app for run/walk timing along with Polar Beat and music running all at the same time. Everything works perfectly -- great!
The ability to set different sounds for the warm-up, hi intensity, lo intensity and cool-down lets you know where youre at without thinking (so I can concentrate on other things like form. Or just being in the moment! :) )
Ive created different "Weekday Run", "Weekend Run" and "X-training" sessions, all easy to access & change. Or use as template to create others.
Theres also the possibility of creating complex sessions with varying hi-lo intensity reps. Useful no doubt but Im not there yet.
Completed sessions are recorded in a calendar for weekly and monthly overviews of my training.
