Easy to use with so many options to fit and design your workouts-just added a cycling HIIT program. Well done.
How about "No Instructions", "Counter Intuitive" and "Wheres the Destruct Button?" A simple 50-minute countdown task resulted in non-stop randomized music selection punctuated every 70 seconds with bell and whistles. Couldnt find the stop button, but as soon as this review is completed, Im dumping this dumb app in the digital dumpster.

The app is a good interval timer. The free version does everything I need it to, which is just set up standard intervals. Can also set up multiple different workout types.
This app is a bit tedious to use when initially writing an exercise program, however once you have the basic structure of your routine done its easy to copy and then make minor adjustments as needed. Overall I am very pleased with this app and use it regularly.
I downloaded this app for exercising at home. Its so old and intuitive to use. This would also work well for running. Dont spend money on an interval app. This one works well.
This app is great for high intensity interval training (HIIT). You can easily manipulate the length of intensity sessions, length of rest sessions, and the number of overall cycles. It helped me increase my 2 minute push-ups from 39 to 55 in just four weeks of use (trained every other day). Check it out!

I use this to track a series of stretches and it works great. I like that I can set multiple interval sessions and save them with titles. No downside
